Cancel service

I'd like to cancel my service through here, but the direct message function that's said to be there just isn't.

Service, I have not activated it as of yet, but I want it canceled. I want to speak with an agent or A representative, but the bot Keeps asking me if I need help connecting the gateway. I answered back with no I want to cancel. Talk to a real person a representative or an agent. But the same response the same reply that I got back was asking if I needed help once again connecting the gateway.
When I asked for a representative or an agent And the same thing@ up, asking if I need help with Connect connecting. This went on And on until I finally quit and ended the chat or whatever it was, that answered the phone.
This is just ridiculous that you can’t speak with somebody that actually knows what they’re doing and understands what I’m needing.

I’m going to try one more time calling but not until tomorrow because I’m tired of this.
