Cancel service

Apparently, to enable direct messaging, I have to create one post. That's what I'm doing.

Objective: CANCEL SERVICE without having to schedule a phone call days away or be on a long hold.

Xfinity has a well-deserved reputation for being a pushy, unethical, and making it extremely difficult to CANCEL SERVICE.
