cancel service

I need to cancel my service since I have moved.  Where I live, the old place had a contract with xfinity.  The new place has a contract with another company so I need to cancel this service and there is NO option to cancel service -- only move it.  This is a deceptive tactic and I will be reporting this to the BBB.

Agreed.  Comcast has made it very difficult to cancel services.  There is no option to do so anywhere on their very slow site.  It is excessively difficult to reach a human being, though Comcast has made an effort to foist a rather unhelpful LLM onto its customers.  It should be illegal to make it this difficult to cancel services with a business.
