Cancel service
There doesn't seem to be any real/straight foward way to cancel my service. I can get a hold of anyone the "assistance" AI just seems to avoid the topic completely, and anything online im supposed to be able to utilize won't load properly. From what I read this isn't an uncommon occurrence but it is infuriating. I am moving and sent my equipment back through ups. Now I just have to find a way to cancel my service.
