cancel service

I want to cancel all of my services at two locations, is there anyway to speak with anyone in authority?  I've been on the phone for an hour and get know where.  Customer service, while very nice is not understandable and I don't even know what they are saying.  Oddly, one  rep spoke perfect english, but didn't understand english

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send
