Cancel service

Need to cancel service. Can’t find direct message icon in top left or right of screen like it should be, am already signed in.

Typically you will not see the direct message option until your first public had been made. Everything should be ready to rock and roll now. Our team can most definitely take a further look at getting things closed out. I hope there might be something we can do in order to keep you as a member of the Xfinity family. 

 

To send a Direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears.
