Cancel service

I would like to cancel the Wi-Fi service since I will be moving abroad and will no longer need this service.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

They make it practically impossible to CANCEL promptly, if at all. I believe Amazon is currently being sued for this tactic. Just called for another 'callback' because that seems to be the only option to cancel. It is Tuesday, and my callback is scheduled for Saturday - seriously. In the meantime, we have been paying for two accounts at the property for the past three weeks - BOTH to Xfinity, as my daughter moved into the property and opened her own account! If anyone knows how to navigate their red tape, please let me know. Very aggravating.
