Cancel service

Hello, I would like to cancel my service. I have called multiple times and am left on hold once the bot verifies that I want to cancel both internet and cable. 
I read another forum that directed the user to direct message. So I tried this also, not knowing this is a violation. 

I just want to cancel my service. This is so frustrating.
