Cancel Service

Hi! I’m moving to a new address on July 22 where Xfinity does not provide service.

I’d like to cancel my service effective July 22 and request a waiver of the early termination fee since I’m relocating outside your coverage area.

Please confirm that:

• My service will end on July 22

• I will not be billed beyond that date

• The early termination fee will be waived due to my move

I will return all equipment promptly after service ends.
