Cancel service

Hello,

I need to cancel my service as of July 3, 2025 as I’ll be moving to Denmark, Europe. Will you please ensure that all services will be cancelled and whether I need to return any equipment?

To send a "Direct Message":

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
