Cancel service

As title. I've switched to a different provider and need to cancel xfinity service.

I've tried the officially recommended way of scheduling a callback, after filling in the info I get an error message saying "We're having some trouble scheduling your callback."

Saw that making a forum post worked for a few other people. Hoping I can get this resolved painlessly too.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
