Cancel Service

I am looking to cancel my internet service and assure i am not charge the $85 currently being processed in my bank account. I CAN NOT and WILL NOT take ANY phone calls. You can contact me at the email attatched to my account.

user_rfnjqw Thanks for reaching out for help with closing your account, and payment concern. If it's in process you would want to contact the bank as we can stop the request after it has been sent, but we can help with a refund if needed. As for the account cancellation, I can help with that as well if you haven't put in the request at this time. 

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
