Cancel service
Hello,
I am moving out of my apartment and in my new location I do not require your internet services. Could you please cancel my monthly subscription and deactivate my account? I tried to do this via my online account but saw that I needed to speak with a representative. I called Nov. 22nd but could not reach anyone. I scheduled a callback for today and during the callback the automated rep said Comcast was closed for Thanksgiving. November 24th is when my subscription auto-renews. I do not want to be charged for another month. If I had known Comcast makes it impossible to cancel services on one’s own, I would have reached out sooner. Could you please assist me with this and also see that I am not charged for another month?
