Thank you for connecting with the teams here on the Xfinity Support Forums. While we'd hate to see you go, if you’ve decided to discontinue your Xfinity services, we want to thank you for your time with us. We know that you may have questions about how to pay your final bill, return your equipment, manage your email, etc. and we're more than happy to help out however we can.
To start the disconnect process, we would ask that you send us a private message, I'll include the directions at the end of my message.
To return your Xfinity equipment, visit our Digital Return Center at https://comca.st/3yy09SR and follow the on-screen instructions for the device you'd like to return to us. If you don't see your device, simply follow the return options below. Even after you’ve already closed the account, you can still use the Digital Return Center - you just need your Xfinity ID and password. We ask equipment be returned within 10-days of the final bill date.
Depending on your account details, your final bill may include items not featured on previous billing statements, such as prorates, equipment charges (if unreturned within the 10-day period) or early termination fees if the account was in a contract.
As a former Xfinity customer, you can still use your https://comca.st/3yzHHcF email address if you logged into your account in the 90 days prior to disconnecting your service. Your email account will remain active as long as you access it at least once every nine months. Learn more about using your https://comca.st/3yzHHcF email address after disconnecting.
If you disconnect all of your Xfinity services, you can continue to watch purchased titles using Xfinity Stream (https://comca.st/3OCKUxq) and the Xfinity Stream app. You’ll need your primary Xfinity ID and password to access the Xfinity Stream portal and Xfinity Stream app. Learn more about On Demand Purchases.
If you have Xfinity Mobile and canceled your Xfinity service, you’ll see new service fees for unlimited talk and text on your Xfinity Mobile account. When the Xfinity Mobile primary account holder doesn’t have Xfinity Internet, Voice or TV, there is a $25 monthly fee for each Xfinity Mobile line.

I’m canceling as well they can’t fix or keep it up for the amount of money and all the useless channels !
