Cancel service

Iwant to cancel our service and I cannot get any contact with Comcast!!!

What methods have you tried?  You might just have to keep trying at 800-COMCAST or 800-XFINITY or make a trip to a local Xfinity store with any equipment and cancel there.

You cannot cancel your service from here.

I am also cancelling my service this month. Been a Comcast customer for decades. Been trying now for two years to make the price of our service come down. It keeps climbing and climbing. Evey bill is bigger than the month before. I am now paying more to Xfinity than I am for my car payment! We have no premium channels, no movies, and yet I'm paying a fortune. And they refuse to budge. No deals for long-term never-late customers. Incredible. I just called and told the guy we will be cancelling our service at the end of this month. Was on the phone with him for almost an hour. The most he would budge was about $10. Absolutely incredible that they would let a decades-long customer just walk. Can't even believe it.
