Cancel Service - Service Not Even Setup
I walked into my local Xfinity store and asked to cancel service on March 30th, was told my last bill was going to be roughly $10, and have since been charged today for a FULL month of service. I don't have Xfinity equipment nor was the service ever even turned on for my location anyway.
I have already gone with another internet provider, and am looking to ACTUALLY have my service cancelled, and the overcharged amount refunded. I am going to file a report with my state's AGO office otherwise.
