CANCEL service.... retired overseas

Xfinity please HELP...

I retired and moved overseas Dec 3, 2023. I have made many attempts to CLOSE my Comcast/Xfinity accounts since that time. I reached out to customer service chat many times (5+) and was assured my accounts would be Closed ASAP... I do NOT have USA phone service other than WhatsApp internet phone. Please review account history for inactive status since Dec 2023... 

Please help with CLOSING my accounts asap... via email or other internet access..

Email is the best contact option for me...

Thanks for your help in advance....PLEASE HELP !!

To send a "Direct Message" message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
