Cancel Service - Line Disconnected, No Longer In Use
I spent 20 minutes on the phone arguing with customer service about cancelling my xfinity internet service only for them to not budge an inch. I do not want a new package. I do not want to add a phone line. I do not want anything further from xfinity. The line is disconnected from the home. The service is no longer in use. I need the service cancelled and the recurring billing to cease.

To send a Direct Message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
