Cancel Service ASAP

Hello, It has been an absolute pain in the rear end to cancel my home WIFI service with Xfinity. I am unable to call or receive calls. I am not able to visit a local store. I do not want to move my service to a new location. I have been struggling for a long time trying to cancel my service, and I have not been using it for almost a month. My monthly subscription renewal date is coming up, and if my service is not canceled by then, I will absolutely not pay it. Please contact me immediately.

To send a direct message [private message]:

  •    Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •    Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  •    Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •    The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •    - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •    - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •    Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •    Press Enter to send it
