Cancel Seasonal Plan

Hi,

We are coming home early and need to cancel our seasonal hold. The system only lets me cancel on August 8. We want to cancel as of today.  Also I have two addresses in the system and need to get rid of the old one that we moved away from over a year and half ago.

@user_5ac0fa You won't see my name on there. What you're looking for is Xfinity Support to send the private message. The conversation will then be assigned to me once we're in a private setting.
