I want to cancel my appointment for Saturday September 16.I got my service to work

The concern is not "Xfinity App" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

You can go here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-my-account-app-manage-appointments with details on how to manage your appointment which would include cancelling it. Please let us know if you have any further troubles with cancelling the service appointment. 

 

Visit https://login.xfinity.com/login

1. Sign in to the Appointments section of your account.

2. You'll see your current appointment information, including your preferred contact phone number, at the top of the page.

3.To cancel your appointment, click Cancel Appointment then click Cancel Appointment again to confirm.
