Cancel plan from another country
I am writing to request the immediate cancellation of my Xfinity account. I have permanently moved to Brazil and no longer reside in the United States. Unfortunately, I have had significant difficulty trying to cancel my service by phone due to international calling limitations.
I have already requested the cancellation twice, and I was informed that the cancellation had been processed. However, I was recently charged again, even though I have not been living in the U.S. for over a month now and am no longer using the service.
Please review my account and confirm the cancellation as soon as possible. I also request a refund for the most recent charge, as the service was not in use and I had already initiated the cancellation process.
