Cancel Phone service

Hello,

I would like to cancel my phone service since I haven't used it more than 5 times in about 8 years. I can't remove it online eiher. How do we go about this?

If your Xfinity Voice service is currently bundled with other Xfinity services such as Xfinity TV, Xfinity Internet, or Xfinity Home we will have to perform an account review to find new options for the Xfinity services you would like to keep moving forward. In order to review your account, we will need to obtain your account information in our direct message platform. I do see you have already sent us an unsolicited direct message, we will respond to you there shortly.
