Cancel pending order

I was trying to fanagle a better deal (don't hate me for trying) but ran into a glitch on adding the mobile line. Apparently transferring from Xfinity to Xfinity is not supported. So I need to cancel my pending order. I do not want to cancel my active plan. But if you can give me a discount for being a loyal customer and nice guy, that would be cool.
