@Joanb3 I appreciate the follow up, and completely understand not remembering how you signed up for Peacock Premium. Do you happen to have X1 TV set top box, Xumo, or Flex streaming set top box? If you happen to have a set-top box here is a helpful document where you can manage/cancel the Peacock subscription under settings > Apps & Subscriptions or if you have a voice remote you can say "Manage Peacock" https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/peacock-manage-subscription
