Cancel Peacock Reward

I would like to cancel my Peacock reward. I am not talking about a flex box or subscription through that, I am talking specifically about the Peacock Premium reward I received through Xfinity Rewards. On the phone they deleted the flex box that I do not have but it did not solve my problem.

Yes, the reward does not offer ad free viewing. I prefer Peacock with no ads so I will just pay for the subscription myself.

Hello I am having another issue. I upgraded to premium with no ads and it worked for a few days but now it is back to having ads again. I can't contact Peacock because it's billed through Xfinity and I don't know who to speak to.

Thank you for clarifying this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/peacock-manage-subscription has great information on how to manage your Peacock premium subscription, you can upgrade to go to Peacock premium plus so you are having the add free service
