Cancel Peacock Premium

Your website won't let me cancel Peacock Premium. I don't care if it's included I don't want it part of my account because it's terrible (seriously, over 5 minutes of ads to even start a movie?) Also, it's impossibe to get a live person in chat, your AI bot is next to useless, and customer service is basically non-existant except for maybe coming to some random forum? Super job, xfinity. Please just cancel my Peacock Premium. Really hoping for some other internet options in the area so I can cut this cord for real.
