@user_ve1wdh Thank you so much for your post on removing your Peacock promotion, so you can get the add-free version. On our end, Peacock is attached to your speed tier or for customers that have our rewards options tenure. If you drop to a lower speed that does not qualify the offer would no longer apply and remove the subscription status for you to upgrade. With that, we are not able to remove the offer on its own. You can however check your subscription options at Peacocktv.com or reach out to Peacock support directly to see if there is an option on that end.
