Cancel Peacock Premium?

Is there a way to end the free Peacock Premium I’m getting as a gigabit customer. I didn’t realize it would keep going and was going to just pay for the Ad free tier.

Unfortunately, cause it just kept going and I can’t cancel it myself in any way, I can’t upgrade. I just want to watch it ad free. 

I only have internet and no Flex Box or cable box. None of the guides to cancel it work for me. Is there any other way?

@Skabomb Thanks for connecting with us here in our community. You are welcome to log in to Peacock at www.peacock.com. Select Account at the main menu and then: 
How do I upgrade to Premium Plus (Ad-Free)?

Under Plans & Payment:

If you have Premium already, select Change or Cancel Plan next to Your Plan to see other plan options. Then check the box next to Plus Option (Ad-Free) and select Change Plan.

If you do not have Premium yet, select Pick a Plan next to Peacock Premium. Then select Get Premium Plus, enter your payment details, and select Pay Now.

@XfinityLinda​ I can’t do that because it’s billed through Xfinity because I’m a Gigabit customer. I can’t alter my subscription myself and there’s nowhere to cancel it in my Xfinity account.

Hey @Skabomb! I'd be happy to take a look to see what we can find. I'm thinking there could be a correlation if your Peacock subscription is bundled into your plan. I am also in the same boat, I am a gig customer and since the issue started Monday and I have a child with special needs who love Peacock P, I decide to just sign up for the $2.99 until I moved to the free two year teir. I also cannot get it to go even if I cancel.

@user_5dc50a , Hello! If you have our Gig service, you should be able to simply log right in to Peacock Premium straight away. You will want to make sure you are using the correct XFINITY ID (check here if needed) https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/how-to-change-your-username If there is still a problem, let me know what error you are seeing exactly. The problem is I had the initial email in my xfinity free peacock ( with gmail) which I signed up for the $2.99 on tuesday due to the issue figuring it would be easy to sort out ( it has not) , but I have the 2nd email ( the comcast) activated now and it still does not say it will verify the free two years, it says I have to pay $4.99> I am at a loss .
