Cancel Peacock Premium Subscription

How can I cancel my Peacock Premium subscription through Xifinity? 

I've reviewed several forums and each indicate a solution that does not work. 

I'm unable to manage "subscriptions" nor do I see any options to cancel, only "upgrade".
