Cancel Peacock Premium Subscription

Hello,

I planned to use the free peacock premium subscription via Xfinity's offer, but would like this removed as I cannot upgrade it to ad free. I need someone to assist in canceling this service

All of these articles assume I have an Xfinity TV box. I DO NOT. I just use apps on my TV and there is no where to cancel Peacock as it directs me to Xfinity and Xfinity directs me to a TV box I don't have.

@user_p7qouc, Thank you for clarifying, I appreciate it! If that's the case, and you have redeemed the free Peacock Premium there is no way for us to take it off you account. You would have to use a different email to sign up for Peacock Premium with No-Ads at this time.

@XfinityChelseaB​ This really is an unacceptable answer to so many of us on here that are dealing with this issue. How can Xfinity add a service and not be able to remove it from our accounts? I spent more than 2 hours alone dealing with support tonight just to be told to create a new account.
