Cancel our service

We are currently on the phone with your representatives to try and cancel our plan. Thus far it’s been a 45 minute process. The amount of rhetoric we are getting to try and cancel is insane. I am ready to file a complaint with BBB. I’m also ready to post on every social media outlet possible how ridiculous this is and to NEVER SUBSCRIBE TO YOUR SERVICE.  You have already burned a bridge with us. We will never subscribe even if our current service with AT&T does not work out.

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message icon” (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
