You can absolutely put your service on a seasonal hold, we call it our Seasonal Convenience plan. You can do it yourself, or we, or any customer care agent can assist you in setting it up. It would need to be a minimum of 60 days, but it is 100% possible. If you have other questions or concerns, we are here to assist.
