If you cancelled your NOW Internet plan, you’ll no longer be able to use your equipment. We encourage you to recycle it. Learn more about recycling your equipment.

* Go to xfinity.com/now. * Navigate to your account and find the service you want to cancel. * Select "Pause or cancel service" and follow the onscreen prompts. * You'll be prompted to confirm your cancellation and select a reason. * You can choose to cancel immediately or turn off automatic payments to continue service until the end of the billing cycle.
