Cancel Netflix

I can't figure out how to cancel Netflix online. I just don't watch it to make it worth having. Help!

Hello @user_g1zvdg Thanks for reaching out. There are a few ways you can cancel your Netflix subscription. If it's billed through Netflix I have a link with those steps https://help.netflix.com/en/node/407. If it's billed through us please direct message me your first and last name along with your full service address so that I can assist you.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

I need to do the same thing and there is no direct message option. There must be an easier way to cancel than messaging you on such a cumbersome manner! Isn't there an email address I can send the message to???
