Cancel Netflix subscription and remove from bill

I'd like to cancel my Netflix subscription and remove the charge from my bill. I read on your site that I need to contact Xfinity in order to cancel Netflix and remove the charge from my bill. The AI assistant is of no help. I need a human. Please.
