Cancel my Xfinity Service

Help. Nowhere on the Xfinity website or on my Xfinity Account does it show where I can "Cancel My Services" or Contact Customer Service via email or online form. The automated chat and voice messaging system do not work of course so that is a waist of time. It shouldn't be this hard to email this service provider and contact a real person to cancel this service. The same goes for customer service, it shouldn't be impossible to submit a customer service complaint via email or Xfinity website. Xfinity has even entered my home without my permission and without me being there to "inspect wiring". This is a violation of my privacy. I get daily Xfinity scam emails and calls.  I want to get rid of Xfinity, and let everyone know what a fraud of a company it has become.
