Cancel my subscription

If my subscription is suspended why am I still getting charged monthly for internet I dont have? Its [Edited: "Profanity"]!!! I have been a loyal customer for years.

Being charged for a service that is suspended is the last thing you should have to worry about, especially as a loyal customer of many years. We truly value your history with us and want to make this right. I’d like to review your account to see exactly why these charges are generating and get your billing back on track.
