Cancel my subscription- have moved abroad
I moved back to Chile and I need to cancel my internet plan.
I need to cancel my Xfinity plan via email or by filling out a form online or via the Xfinity app. How can I do this without calling customer service?
I have tried using the service assistant but it’s not able to do it.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
