Cancel my subscription- have moved abroad
Hello,
I moved back to the UK yesterday and I need to cancel my Xfinity broadband plan via email or by filling a form online or via the Xfinity app. How can I do this without calling customer services?
I have tried using the service assistant but it’s not able to do it.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

Hello, I'm experiencing something similar except I moved to China. Obviously this means I can't really call or visit to cancel my internet service. Can I process it online somehow?
