Cancel My Service
The xfinity app does not have a way to cancel my service. The xfinity assistant does not listen when I ask it to cancel my service -- instead it asks me to schedule a call. I don't have time for this. There is no option to cancel my service on the website. My contract was for 1 year corresponding to my lease. I've since moved to a new address in a new state and have a new internet provider.
My internet gateway has been offline since the end of November. There is no reason for me to be paying for this service.
Cancel it.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
