Cancel my service
I want all of my services cancelled immedately. Today. Now. I have spent more than an hour and a half on this ridiculous issue. You first customer rep couldn't properly read my bill, we spent 40 minutes going back and forth, and she finally said I'd have to talk with another department. That department said I'd have to wait more than an hour. Your online services wouldn't work, wouldn't let me sign in, your virtual assistant wouldn't schedule a call back. I AM DONE! Cancel now, immediately. My next step is to file a complaint with the Virignia Attorney General's office, as well as to send you a bill for the time I've wasted on this.
