Cancel my service

I want to know how to cancel my service. I pay over $300 a month for home internet service. Unless you can reduce the rate significantly, I will cancel. I am going to turn off automatic payment until I get a response to this note.

I am paying over $300 a month for home internet, with some TV channels. I don't want TV channels. All I want is home internet. If you cannot lower my rate significantly, I will cancel my service. If you don't get back with me in 2 days, I will stop automatic payment from my checking account, which should effectively cancel my service. Your choice.

I am not satisfied with my Internet service or your customer service. I am paying over $300 a month for internet and TV. I don't need TV. I won't continue paying $300 month. I can get Internet for a third of the price. If you are offering new customers service for $50 month, you can afford to reduce mine. If you won't reduce mine, then cancel my service. If I don't hear back from someone in 2 days I will cancel my automatic payment, which should effectively terminate my service.
