Cancel my service

I've been hung up on 3 times today while attempting to contact customer service to cancel my internet services. "Request a callback service" coincidentally is also not working. CANCEL MY SERVICE!

To send a Direct Message:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

Where is the direct messaging chat icon located on the webpage please? I used the purple and white messaging icon in the bottom right corner and no one replied...

I have TWO emails saying Xfinity received my request to cancel my service. But now they have sent me a bill for two months overdue!!!!  I had to call TWICE to cancel services. The first guy didnt process the request. The second person assured me she would cancel the services.  This is so ridiculous, it should NOT be so hard to cancel service. Now if I don't pay the two months, they will send it to collections.  DO YOUR JOBS XFINITY!!!!
