Cancel my service effective September 17, 2026 - need written confirmation

Hello, I'm moving out of my service address and need to cancel my Xfinity Internet service effective September 17, 2026. I do not need to transfer service to a new address. I will return the leased gateway myself within 30 days of the disconnect date.
