CANCEL MY SERVICE (effective date: 04/07/2025) XFINITY is acting like scam

hello.

i have vacated house on 04/07/2025. on same day (7th april) i have called xfinity customer care and cancelled Internet service from 07th april 2025. they confirmed internet is cancelled. BUT they did not. now i am in india. i am trying to chat with agents, but agents are doing cheap tricks saying they are looking into my issue but they are not. 

the scam xfinity agents doing is, they chat for 1 to 5 mins and without notice they forward to other. like this they forward to about 10 other people in chat, and users lose patience and drop. THEY ARE NOT hearing. XFINITY CHAT AGENTS ARE JUST SCAM.
