Thanks for meeting us here in our community, @user_cvfbsy. I hope you were able to cancel your appointment. For future please follow these steps to cancel an appointment with Xfinity:
Using the X1 TV Box: Press the Xfinity button on your remote, select X1 Apps, go to My Account, highlight Appointment Scheduled, select the appointment, and then choose Cancel Appointment.
Online: Sign in to your account at Xfinity.com, find the appointment confirmation banner, click More Details, and select the option to cancel.
Xfinity App: Sign in, check the Overview tab for your appointment, and use the app to cancel.
