Cancel my scheduled Payment

Hello and thanks for reaching out @user_a2b8d7. Great news, you have the ability to cancel the scheduled payment. Here is the instructions along with this great Xfinity link https://comca.st/3JohFvE that will walk you though how to set one up, and on the bottom it has these same instructions on how to cancel the payment. 

Managing or Canceling Scheduled Payments

Click Manage Scheduled Payments under the Billing tab.

• Click Manage to change the amount, date, or payment method of a scheduled payment.
• Click Cancel Payment to cancel a scheduled payment entirely.
