Cancel my plan

Hey, I've been struggling with your lobotomized AI chatbot on the phone. Even said there was a phone number associated with my account number that isnt the one I have listed on my account. Anyways, my internet has been dropping for the past month every couple of hours, even up to 6 times in an hour. I've been complaining for a while but now I just want to cancel my plan entirely. Can I get someone to help me cancel my plan now instead of scheduling a call lmao.
