Cancel my plan without calling.

Hey ive been trying for a while to cancel my plan, Some of us cant call on the phone for specific reasons why is there no cancel option right on your front page. Email my account or text me im sick of this thanks.

I am sure the company would be sad to see you go but if you truly feel you need to cancel you can learn online how to do it from your computer: https://www.xfinity.com/cancel

@sailorbear510​ Everytime im on this website it trys to make me call to cancel, and as i said in my message i cant call. It has to be through message

Looks like your post was moved so that official employees can see your post. They will be responding to you when they can but for now hang on tight because messaging them without them asking first may prolong the response. Good luck!
